Our 1-year limited warranty begins on the date you receive your item. It covers damage caused by non-accidental reasons and normal wear and tear.
What’s Not Covered Under Warranty
Please note that the following common jewelry issues are not covered:
- Discoloration caused by contact with chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
- Worn prongs or metals that naturally degrade over time and may require re-tipping or maintenance.
- Bent or loosened prongs that lead to gemstones falling out due to normal wear.
- Lost or broken gemstones resulting from impact, wear, or fractures.
- Scratches, dents, or marks that occur during normal use.
- Oxidation or tarnishing, which may be accelerated by perfume, salt air, sulfur, skincare products, hairspray, chlorine, or acidic skin pH. These changes depend on your skin and care habits and are not considered defects.
Note on Natural Gemstones & Craftsmanship
Slight variations in craftsmanship or natural inclusions in colored gemstones (whether visible or not) are part of what makes each piece truly unique. These features are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of the natural beauty and character of the jewelry. Also, please understand that due to natural materials and screen display differences, the actual piece may appear slightly different from what you see online.
Size Chart
Size Chart
For your convenience, please refer to our Size Chart!
To ensure the most accurate fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing or using a ring sizer tool at home.
How to Choose the Right Ring Size?
Option 1: Use a Ring Sizer
1. Measure the widest part of your finger using a ruler or caliper.
2. Match your measurement with our Ring Size Chart to find your ideal fit.
Option 2: Use a String or Paper Strip
1. Cut a thin strip of paper or string and wrap it snugly around the base of your finger — where the ring will sit.
2. Mark the spot where the ends overlap.
3. Lay the strip flat and measure the length in millimeters (mm) using a ruler.
4. Compare your measurement with our Ring Size Chart to determine the correct size.
