Every purchase made at Eclara Jewelry includes a 1-year free warranty.
We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind with every piece. 90-Day Unconditional Warranty We offer a 90-day unconditional warranty from the date of delivery. If any product issues arise during this period, we’ll provide repair services at no charge. You’re also eligible for one free ring resizing (within one size up or down). Please see our 'Ring Resizing Service Terms' for more details.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Our 1-year limited warranty begins on the date you receive your item. It covers damage caused by non-accidental reasons and normal wear and tear.
What’s Not Covered Under Warranty
Please note that the following common jewelry issues are not covered:
- Discoloration caused by contact with chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
- Worn prongs or metals that naturally degrade over time and may require re-tipping or maintenance.
- Bent or loosened prongs that lead to gemstones falling out due to normal wear.
- Lost or broken gemstones resulting from impact, wear, or fractures.
- Scratches, dents, or marks that occur during normal use.
- Oxidation or tarnishing, which may be accelerated by perfume, salt air, sulfur, skincare products, hairspray, chlorine, or acidic skin pH. These changes depend on your skin and care habits and are not considered defects.
Note on Natural Gemstones & Craftsmanship
Slight variations in craftsmanship or natural inclusions in colored gemstones (whether visible or not) are part of what makes each piece truly unique. These features are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of the natural beauty and character of the jewelry. Also, please understand that due to natural materials and screen display differences, the actual piece may appear slightly different from what you see online.
