Accurate ring sizing is essential before placing your order. Most of our rings can only be resized up or down by one full size. If the size adjustment exceeds this limit, the ring may need to be remade, which incurs a 30% remake fee based on the original price.

Most Eclara rings can be resized easily by a professional jeweler. If you receive a ring in the wrong size, we recommend having it resized locally at a trusted jewelry store. This avoids the risk, time, and cost of shipping high-value items. In most cases, you’ll also get your resized ring back much faster.

✅ Covered Under Warranty

If you are within our 90-day unconditional warranty, we will fully reimburse the local resizing cost (one time), provided you submit a valid invoice.
