What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our Size Chart. The best way it getting it measured in a local jewelry store.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to service@eclarajewelry.com.

1. Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

As a general rule, we complete the confirmation process and initiate production within 48 hours of receiving a customer order. If a customer initiates a refund within 48 hours of placing an order, a full refund can be made.

2. Cancellation after 24 hours of purchase

After 48 hours your order wil go into production. and we can no longer stop the production process, Please note that the amount of time and effort spent on each order can't be canceled. Therefore, there will be a restocking fee of 30% for all cancellations that are requested after 48 hours.

Do you guys offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer financing for all of our products. The best way to get payment plans is through the checkout and choose 'Shop Pay' and you'll be provided with payment plan options.

Not eligible for a financing plan at the check out? No worries, just reach out to service@eclarajewelry.com and we will guide you step by step with the manual financing plans.

We offer payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments. Once half of the installments are paid, we will start the ring production, and once all the installments are paid, we will send out the ring. All of our rings are 100% handmade, so usually it will take about 3-6 weeks for you to receive the ring. If you like to get the ring before a certain date, it will be best if you pay up all the installments 1 month prior to the date.

Is it possible to personalize the ring design, including the center stone?

Absolutely! We believe your jewelry should be as unique as you are. We offer a wide range of customization options to help you create something truly personal. Just reach out to us at service@eclarajewelry.com — we’d love to bring your vision to life!

How long does production take, and when can I expect delivery?

Each ring is made-to-order and fully handcrafted, standard production and delivery usually take 3–6 weeks.

Need it sooner? We offer a rush order option that cuts the timeline by 5–7 days.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. When your order is ready to ship, we'll send a separate email with your tracking information.

All of our pieces are made to order, so kindly allow 3–6 weeks for production before shipping.

- Standard shipping is free within the United States.
- All orders are shipped via USPS, and include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation for your peace of mind.

Yes! All of our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty and a complimentary 90-day resizing service.
